BY-CAST is a leather split upgrading line, suitable for transfer coating on release paper and leather lamination.

It is composed of a release paper unwinding unit, accumulator for non-stop operation, no. three coating heads for the creation of PU film with their relevant drying tunnels and a spraying cabin to deposit the glue.

In the central part of the line, the table for manual spreading of splits onto the coated film, a laminating calander and its drying tunnel. The final part includes the detaching unit and the release paper rewinder with centring.

The line is completed by the pumps unit for the two-components glue.
