The Manta machine is a traditional sammying & setting out machine designed and manufactured to grant the maximum performances in the leather opening like the Aruga with the addition of an empowered of either the structure or the working organs for a greater extraction of the water from the leathers. This heavy duty machine is suitable for the processing of bovine leathers for upholstery, heavy shoe uppers and car furniture. Manta was born as an alternative to the traditional sammying end setting out machine with double felt that was conceived to increase the extraction of water thanks to the two pressure points. The “double-felt-solution” has a problem i.e. the greater distance between the blade roller and the first felt roller, with a consequential loss of the process on the superficial part of the leather. The Manta machine solves this problem by using a unique pressure roller of huge dimensions that increases the pressuring effect so the ectraction of water reducing the distance between the rollers. Upon request the Manta machine can be supplied as follows: - variable speed of blade roller (from 500 to 1500 rpm) to better adapt to any kind of leather; - Pressure roller made of felt.
