We supply a wide range of types of dust collectors. The well function of this equipment is very important. It is used to filter dust from saturated air and the discharging clean air in the environmental. The main scope is to clean the air to protect employees and the resident from pollution and dust. The quality of the materials is warranted as Bergi standard equipment. The FE dust collector is the top quality type because needs a very low maintenance. Is composed by a galvanized totally insulated structure and a series of sleeves of synthetic material. It is completed with a series of air nozzles on the top (one for each sleeve) which blow into the sleeve for a fraction of second to shake it. The FE system is “negative pressure type”. Function: The suction fan is positioned after the dust collector. It aspirates the polluted air from the machine through the dust collector. The polluted air stays outside the sleeve and be filtered, while the clean air goes into the sleeve and expelled. The dust falls into a hopper and is directly compacted into bricks. The FE system, fully insulated, can be placed outside and doesn’t need a roof.
