It is used to filter dust from saturated air and the discharging clean air in the environmental. The main scope is to clean the air to protect employees and the resident from pollution and dust. The quality of the materials is warranted as Bergi standard equipment. The FQ dust collector is the most popular type for the good combination of quality and cost. Is composed by a galvanized steel structure and a series of sleeves of synthetic material. It is complete with a pneumatic shaking device and a dust collection area. The area which collect the dust is made in two version: - With a series of plastic bags; - With a hopper, to feed the dust compacting machine. The FQ system is "work on pressure". The suction fan aspirates the polluted air from the machine and send to the dust collector. Goes into the sleeve to be filtered. A shaking device remove the dust from the sleeves, and this fall down into the collection area. The air goes out fully clean. The FQ system must be protect from the rain with a roof. In alternative we can provide a total insulation with galvanized sheet walls.
