TECHNICAL FEATURES: - Sturdy working rollers, researched and constructed to avoid flexing even at maximum working pressure. - Uniform heating over the whole of the working surface of the ironing/embossing roller, achieved by means of our exclusive diathermic oil distribution system in the roller interior. - Leather-feeding device, designed to operate by employing two conveyor belts and a spreader arrangement in order to obtain pleat-free embossed and ironed leather. - New type high performance felt. - Automatic hydraulic felt- guidance system. - Independent hydraulic system to lift and release the working roller to allow a fast exchange to the roller. - Standard equipment to accommodate two standby rollers and the operative roller. - Automatic and programmable start timer for the roller-heating unit. - Timer to automatically initiate cooling and subsequent stopping of the machine. - Cooling of the rollers obtained by water means.
