After long experience with the many "N" model machines in service, BERGI introduces the newly developed model Superpress "T" with many innovations aimed at simplication and higher productivity. TECHNICAL FEATURES: - Sturdy working rollers, designed and constructed to guarantee perfect results even at maximum working pressures. - New heating system - still by means of diathermic oil but, through the use of three static groups with self-regulating power absorption and monitored by digital thermoregulator, giving much reduced energy consumption and maximum accuracy of the pre-set temperature. - Heating unit installed on sliding guides to facilitate maintenance. - New type felt - BERGI exclusive - for greater resistance to high working pressures. - New drive system for felt and feeding conveyors, controlled by inverter. - Automatic felt-centering by means of hydraulic system. - Indipendent hydraulic system to release the working roller in order5 to allow quick change-over. - New gantry - now standard - to carry 4 rollers in total. - Automatic and programmable start timer for the roller heating unit. - Automatic timer to cooling and subsequent stopping of the machine. - Cooling of rollers: by means of water. - Electrical components housed in an indipendent cabinet.
