TECHNICAL FEATURES: - Sturdiness of the operating rollers. - Automatic roller change: by pressing a push button the chosen roller is placed in working position. For particular requirements, the roller holder carousel can also be positioned manually by a push button. - Heating system using diathermic oil, assisted by digital thermoregulator The heating unit consists of heating elements powered by continuous service static units with power modulation in order to achieve maximum set temperature precision with a minimum consumption of energy. - Machine is supplied with a single heating unit for several operator rollers. - Upon request, the machine can be supplied with a heating unit for each roller allowing each one to have its own independent temperature, thus ensuring a more accurate control of the evenness and consistency at heating. This also means that rollers will always be ready for use in the event of frequent roller changes, changes which may be dictated by specific production requirements. - Feeding conveyor to minimize pleating. - Exclusive special felt to withstand high working pressure. - Inverter operated felt and introduction conveyor driving system. - Hydraulic system to automatically centre the felt. - Timer to start the heating system, automatic and programmable. - Automatic machine cooling down and switching off. - Open water circuit for cooling the rollers. - Electrical components housed in an independent cabinet.
