The use of new technologies and the standardisation of the constructive units have given the chance of creating a machine that keeps unaltered the qualitative and productive characteristics of the earlier models. The available sizes are 1800 mm (6ft) – 2200 mm (7ft) – 2600mm (8.5ft) – 3200 mm (10ft), all equipped with a standard three (3) position gantry that can be extended to a maximum of five (5) per single unit or, in alternative, they can be provided with a bridge-gantry to connect two or more machines. All Superseven machines have the pre-heating system of one standby roller. Furthermore, all customers already having Bergi rollers will have the possibility of use them on the new Superseven even if their sizes are different from the new standard. Rollers available - Ironing roller with standard chroming - Ironing roller with mirror chroming - Sandblast roller with fine or gross sandblasting - Embossing roller fine grain (hair-cell and similar) - Embossing roller heavy grain (for upholstery and/or automotive) Option Accessories - Leather detaching device (recommended if the machine is combined with a stacker) - Motorised horsehair brush to clean the felt conveyor with suction fan and filtering cyclone - Adhesive roller for the cleaning of the felt conveyor - Metal detector Ionizing bar (to neutralize the electrostatic charges) - Light ironing system “kiss-plate” - Measuring machine with printer to be installed on the feeding conveyor - Stamping machine to be installed on exit conveyor (not included) - Transfer paper application device - Independent Oil Heating Unit, installed on wheels, for the pre-heating of the standby rollers
