Derived from long experience, extensively updated in recent years, the Rotoinco 3400 is configured as a multi functional machine with a wide range of settings and possibilities of adaptation. Researched and conceived for furniture and automotive upholstery and garment leathers, the following applications using two operators are possible when the machine is placed in line with a drying tunnel: - Base pigments coating up to 10 gr/ft² in weight per pass - All types of oil or wax applications. - Dual effect with "millepunti" roller and design effects using photo engraved rollers. - "Aroma" impregnation for certain requirements. The main characteristic, other than versatility, is the spreading of the leather in infeed and the peeling off the pigment roller with a special and unique detach unit, guaranteed to be effective with all types of leather and applications. FEATURES: - A sturdy-closing device guarantees the working pressure between the colour roller and the counter-pressure roller. The working thickness is variable and can be independently regulated either at the right or left side; the preset values are visible on digital displays placed on the control panel. - The rubber roller is constantly kept clean due to a washing system located on the underneath tank, easily extractable. - A special scraper keeps constant control over the humidity created appositely in the rubber roller for a better leather adhesion. - Three-position rotating carousel, carrying three colour rollers. After leaving a roller into working position, the carousel lifts and goes off. Alternatively ROTOINCO 3400 can be equipped with a roller changing hoist and a five-position roller storage. This system betters the working precision because it allows to use a device which motorizes… the colour roller during working. Moreover in course of cleaning the hoist allows to clear out the working station, so making entry easy for the operator into internal members. - The "coating" rollers of large diameter are made upon request, depending on client’s exigencies. - The "printing" rollers are engraved exclusively by specialized firms in Germany; they can be chosen from our collection or carried out on a sample from the client. All rollers are constructed with special chroming, which guaranties a longer lasting of the engraving. - The doctor blade eliminates the vibrations and thus confirms an extremely regular oscillation. It comes complete of side seals for colour holding. If necessary, the colour can re-circle between pump and the doctor blade. - The machine’s commands are inserted into a control panel placed near the operator. - Electrical plant and safety system in compliance with CE regulations.
