GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS ________________________________________ • Applicart and felt protection controlled by touch screen to facilitate the different settings, all stored in Evolution Tech software. • Pressurised start, saving metres of film on each restart. • Ironing and polishing to a mirror finish thanks to the high-gloss chrome cylinder which manages to impart shine to the leathers. • Automatic and programmable start-up and shut-down timer for roller heating. • Cylinders with low volume diathermic oil and forced circulation to minimise cylinder heating and cooling times and achieve perfect heating uniformity over the entire surface of the operating cylinder. • Hydraulic pressure circuit with the possibility of working from 2 to 140 kg/cm (linear). • Working temperature up to 160°C. • Conveyor system controlled by inverters duly sized to work up to 20 m/min. • Low-pressure processing plant to avoid altering the softness and characteristics of the leather. INNOVATIVE CHARACTERISTICS ________________________________________ • Replacement of heating unit resistors without removing the oil, which allows time savings of around 60% compared to traditional machines. • Increased speed in bringing the cylinder to temperature by varying the speed of the oil flow • Transmission and reception of machine data on OPC- UA Server • Evofilm has been developed and designed to apply the foil in the most difficult leathers, in tough and thick leathers. • This pursuit of quality for maximum adhesion between leather and paper, in the pursuit of eliminating creases in the toughest leathers has simplified the use of applicart.
